Welcome to the Weekend Guests section! We’re so thrilled to be spending the entire weekend with you at the beautiful Elmley Nature Reserve. Here’s everything you need to know to make your stay as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
Booking Accommodation
We want you to feel completely relaxed and at home while enjoying the stunning nature reserve with us, so we've reserved one of Elmley's charming accommodations just for you. You'll find the name of your accommodation written on your invite. Click here to see pictures and more details.
Once you RSVP, the venue will email you directly to guide you through the booking and payment process.
Of course, if you'd prefer to stay somewhere else, that's absolutely fine - just let us know! We've put together a list of alternative places to stay here to help you find the perfect spot.
Itinerary

Your weekend begins on Friday, 30th May 2025, with accommodation check-in from 6PM.

From 7PM, join us in the festoon-lit courtyard for woodfired pizza. We’ll also be playing Kubb, our favourite Scandinavian lawn game—many of you have joined us in playing this on beaches, in parks, and on holidays over the years!

Breakfast will not be provided on the morning of our wedding, but your accommodations are equipped with facilities to prepare your own.
Stock Up Locally: Visit Brambledown Farm Shop (10 minutes away, ME12 3SU) for essentials like eggs and bread.
Bring Your Own: Feel free to bring breakfast supplies from home.
Elmley Breakfast Option: Alternatively, Elmley offers a delicious breakfast for £13 per head, delivered right to your cabin. You can request this from Elmley when you confirm your accommodation booking.
Please feel free to spend your morning exploring the nature reserve, visiting Elmley's secret beach, or walking the trails. It’s a magical place to unwind and connect with nature.

• 12:30 PM: Pre-ceremony drinks in the Farmhouse Garden.
• 1:30 PM: Outdoor ceremony surrounded by the stunning scenery of the reserve.
• After the Ceremony: We will celebrate with drinks and canapés in the courtyard, followed by dinner in the barn.
• Evening Festivities: There will be live music, dancing, and late-night food served at 10:00 PM. The night will close with a fire pit party after the live music wraps up at midnight.

After a night of celebrating, we invite you to join us for a refreshing morning plunge in the wild swimming pond at 9AM (this is completely optional but highly encouraged!)
Afterwards, there will be a complementary big buffet breakfast served in the barn for all guests.

At 10:45 AM, we’ll have a quick send-off as we depart for our honeymoon. All guests are kindly asked to check out of their accommodations by 11:00 AM.
